Participatory

As a strategist, facilitator, researcher, and educator - I design and execute work engagements prioritizing radical and deep collaboration with partners rooted in co-design and principles of participatory action research. With contagious enthusiasm and thoughtful intention, we will partner to understand needs about what work is to be done, why it is important, and how to execute the work for meaningful and human-centered impact. 

Equity-
Centered

I learn daily from leaders in the critical and equity-centered design movements. They teach me to practice design for facilitation, research, and strategy to include everyone, be mindful of power dynamics, and surface awareness of systemic inequities and oppression.

Radically
 Collaborative

My approach means bringing humility to engaging with broad groups of stakeholders, especially including those most impacted by initiatives at play. We will seek to show care, prioritize belonging, and emphasize inclusion by collaborating across boundaries to improve the impact of our work.

Creative
Curiosity

I am guided by a spirit of inquiry and deep curiosity. This means asking deeper, potentially disruptive, yet critical questions most relevant to project objectives. We will apply an orientation of creative problem solving, using design-based methods to ask questions that matter.
